Our group classes cater for EVERYONE! Young, old, athletes, someone looking to improve their general health or lose weight. Classes average about 10 people and are guided by one of the top trainers Cape Town has to offer.

KIDS TRAINING

We want our kids to discover how amazing the human body is, and exactly how it works, by creating a safe environment where they can move, play and learn, while burning some energy.

 

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our in house physiotherapist, Anthony Cicero has more than 10 years’ experience and has worked with some of the highest ranked sports teams in the country.
